Role Responsibilities
As a member of our Machine Learning team, you will:
- Develop work plans to meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with machine learning scientists, engineers, product managers, and other technical leaders to conceive, scope, prioritise, architect, develop, and deliver AI capabilities.
- Gain a deep technical understanding of the Group’s B2B business and drive end-to-end delivery of AI products through agile practices.
- Define and report key results and performance metrics.
- Keep partners informed of progress or changes to scope and project schedule.
- Identify risks and issues and drive their mitigation and resolution.
- Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.
- Surface issues to leadership across time zones.
- Communicate complex topics to stakeholders and executives in clear, straightforward language.
Required Technical Skills
