Key Responsibilities

Process Development and Documentation: The candidate should be able to create and maintain documentation for current and future business processes, particularly those that impact business workflows and jobs regularly performed.

Maintenance and Tracking: They will need to maintain and track daily, monthly, and quarterly processes to ensure compliance with service levels and operational efficiency.

Metrics and Reporting: Develop monthly metrics to analyze and drive improvements based on business results.

Policy and Procedure Enhancements: Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and add value to the team and organization.

Business Requirement Documentation: Gather and document requirements for product improvements or fixes.

Process Workflow Facilitation: Collaborate on improvements and automation of processes and define clear use cases.

Analysis and Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-makers and enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3-5 years in business or process analytics within a tech-focused environment.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Financial Management, or related fields.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Project, Visio; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.

Project Management: Strong background in managing projects and understanding PPM (Project Portfolio Management) processes.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must be an excellent communicator, capable of presenting ideas and engaging with various stakeholders effectively.

Problem-Solving: Should possess critical thinking abilities and be able to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Team Dynamics

The candidate will join a team of 9, including 5 engineers and 3 analysts, supporting self-service and documentation tools for a global service desk and field service.
