- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, ideally in procurement or related fields.
- Project management experience, including stakeholder management and planning.
- Ability to run meetings and engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Passion or drive for sustainability with a desire to contribute to positive change.
- Understanding of supply chain operations and relationship dynamics.
- Experience with procurement related to ingredients or direct procurement.
- Familiarity with buying commodities or special ingredients.
- Global experience in addition to or in lieu of UK experience.
This project role could extend after 12 months for another year depending on success, although no guarantee can be provided. While the focus is primarily in the UK, global topics and interactions with different countries will be common. This role involves occasional travel inside the UK, mainly in the South, approximately once a month.
