Technical Skills Required:

Writing Copy for Social Media: Ability to craft engaging and targeted content for different social media platforms.

Writing Copy for Email: Skills in creating impactful and persuasive email content.

Brand Copywriting: Experience in writing copy that aligns with brand identity and helps in building the brand’s voice across all platforms.

Role Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Conception and Execution: Conceive and execute campaigns, produce creative assets, and develop ideas that bring our brand’s value propositions and positioning to life.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the company with brand strategists, product and technology professionals, producers, customer engagement specialists, and more to develop a deep understanding of our brands.

Leadership and Mentorship: Help lead and mentor the creative team. Collaborate with a Senior Art Director to concept ideas and lead and direct projects.

Strategic Insight Utilization: Leverage insights to solve strategic problems. Guide writing to craft meaningful and inspiring work.

Presentation and Evangelism: Present work to senior creative leadership and executives. Evangelize for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results.

External and Global Team Collaboration: Work with external partners and agencies, as well as a global team.

Who You Are:

Experience: You have over seven years of experience as a Copywriter in agency or in-house environments; experience with global lifestyle or cultural-impact brands is preferred.

Skillset: Possess deep craft experience in your creative field with highly developed strategic thinking abilities. Capable of writing creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work.

Guidance Abilities: Ability to help guide writing, whether through external agencies, freelance vendors, or internal production resources, ensuring best-in-class work is delivered on time and within budget.

Versatility: Experienced in developing ideas and assets across all platforms and channels.

Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas compellingly to build acceptance and support.

Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups, both internally and externally, in fast-paced environments with changing directions.

Key Qualities: Flexible and fluid work style, ability to build trust with others, and a keen eye for detail while managing the big picture.
