Responsibilities:

Project Management: Flawlessly assist or manage any project from end-to-end, from initiation, definition, through to delivery.

Scope and Specification Management: Help to define project scope, estimate, and write scopes of works and technical specifications while working closely with the project team in the creation of project specifications and timelines.

Relationship Development: Develop relationships with all team members and agencies across your POD.

Decision-Making: Show a high degree of independence and autonomy in decision-making. Be a reference point for expert creative production and project management advice and ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Creative Support and Execution: Cultivate great ideas and find the best delivery approach to support creative, while ensuring commercial success. Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget.

Innovation and Ownership: Help to drive the agency’s creative agenda, contributing innovative production ideas that help make our work effective and famous. Own projects, proactively and appropriately handling project scope and resources within budget.

Agency Management: Manage agencies from a production perspective. Proactively seek out project risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place.

Project Planning: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Resource Management: Manage the creative resource needs behind a project, working closely with the resource manager. Direct traffic of all assets upon completion and manage usage tracker for all brand assets.

Competencies:

Experience: 8+ years of Creative Production or integrated project management experience.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies.

Communication Skills: Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, with honed listening skills. Constantly able to demonstrate that you are on top of your projects.

Problem Solving: Brilliant communicator, pathfinder, and problem solver. Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances.

Efficiency and Simplification: Thrives on identification of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale, and actively simplifies complexity.
