Functional Activities the Candidate Will Undertake
- Marketing Claims Ownership for TEaL: Develop compelling new claims that resonate with travelers and optimize existing ones, working closely with analytics.
- Process Improvement: Develop improved processes to embed claims throughout the business, driving consistency and adding value to communications.
- Membership Growth and Member Savings Ownership: Drive member sign-ups and early engagement across brands.
- Traveler Insight Utilization: Identify opportunities to improve program awareness, comprehension, and appeal by addressing pain points.
Technical Skills Required
- Intermediate level experience in internal/external communications, marketing strategy, product marketing, brand marketing, or loyalty marketing.
- Some copywriting experience preferred.
